 is Russia's next move?  \n\nI am hoping to get a regional expert to join us
  for the discussion\, but that's up in the air at the moment.  If anyone el

 s :)  \n\nAfter we have finished with Russia\, the discussion will probably
  move on to other subjects of interest.  There have even been times when a
